Customer Customer washer utilization is surprisingly flat: avg ~10–13% from 9 AM to 6 PM with no clear single peak. The p90 band (23–26%) reveals that on strong days utilization nearly doubles. The absolute max of 54.6% (Dec 14, Sunday 5 PM) shows near-capacity is possible. Staff Staff washers spike sharply at 8–9 AM (avg 7–9%, max 43.6% at 7 AM on Jan 22 Thu) for the morning W&F load, then again at 1–2 PM as the next batch turns over.

Customer Customer dryers run consistently higher than washers (avg 15–18% vs 10–13%), reflecting that each wash drives multiple dry cycles. The p90 band (29–35%) is notably wide, indicating high day-to-day variance — some days are quiet, others push hard. Max customer dryer was 55.2% (31 of 57 dryers simultaneously). Staff Staff dryers peak at 2 PM avg 19.7%, with a max of 51.7% (Nov 15, Sat 8 AM — a morning W&F surge). Staff dryers have a much heavier late-afternoon/evening tail than staff washers because drying takes longer.

Growth pattern: Staff washer peaks have escalated dramatically from ~7-18% in August to consistent 25-44% spikes in January-February — the W&F operation is absorbing increasing amounts of washer capacity. Customer washer peaks remain volatile (10-55% range) with Sunday surges. Dryer utilization shows an upward trend from Aug-Sept baseline of 36-50% peaks to Dec-Jan peaks of 50-76%, with Jan 31 hitting the all-time high of 75.9% combined dryer utilization.

Maintenance impact: The fleet started with 4 chronically broken dryers (D09, D55, D57, D58) reducing effective capacity by 7%. D09 remained broken for 165 consecutive days. Repairs accelerated in January, and since Feb 3 the entire fleet is operational — zero broken machines for 14 days. This 7% capacity restoration explains part of the ability to handle higher utilization in February.
